That’s why if you find yourself wishing someone could do your gallery prep, client guides, and even email templates, I’m here to help.
Here’s how I can help:
Uploading your final images to your gallery delivery system, like Pic-time, and prepping emails for scheduled delivery
Setting up a CRM system, like Honeybook, or explaining how it works so you can set it up yourself
Crafting email templates for inquiries all the way through your client offboarding and review emails (ex: Inquiry response, Follow ups, Proposal, Contract Ready, Video/Call Meeting, Questionnaire email, Payment Reminder, Gallery Delivery, Review Requests, among others)
Creating PDFs for your clients onboarding/booking process, mailing list freebies, and promotional emails
Average service cost: $20 per hour
Social Media
Content Manager
With social media management services, your content is thoughtfully created, scheduled, and optimized to reach your audience on both Instagram and Facebook.
Here’s what’s included in the base package:
Up to 10 static posts per month, cross-posted to Instagram and Facebook
4 short-form reels per month (provided by you or repurposed from your existing content)
SEO-optimized captions for every post, including hashtags and keywords
All content scheduled and managed via scheduling apps
Client support via email with timely responses
This way, your social media stays consistent, polished, and effective so you can focus on running your business while your online presence grows.
Starting price for base package: $200 per month

I work based on projects so all tasks are invoice per item (a few are per hour). If you wish to work based on time, I offer 3-month and 6-month contracts. For these, a contract will be used to ensure all terms, payment plans, and deliverables are clear and completed.

Each task has a fee (check the rates on the service you need). You will be invoiced based on which tasks you want to work at a time.
As for payment, 25% of the total cost is required to be paid before any work can begin. The final 75% is due 24 hours after final delivery.
Please note that the 25% payment is non-refundable fee.
All payments are processed via Paypal. Other methods are not accepted at this time.

I edit couples (engagement, maternity, anniversary), elopements or intimate weddings. However, I'm more than happy to assist with any sessions with natural light or in outdoor spaces.
I do not edit the following: indoor/studio, pets, events, or newborn photography.

I work with several photographers so turnaround usually depends on what editing services are needed, number of images in the gallery is, and how busy the season is.
On average, tasks like cull and cropping can take 3-5 business days, while advance edit services can take up to 2 weeks to complete.
If you need expedited services, please contact me with details (an additional fee may apply).

I work based on your edits! I ask that you share anchor images in your Lightroom Classic catalog, or you share your editing process with me so I can match it.
However, if you don't have a set style or are looking for a change, I'm can edit with my own preset: natural, true-to-color with a side of warmth and shadows.

Depending on your project and your deadlines, blogging and other tasks may take 1-2 weeks to complete. Some tasks may even need further check-ins to ensure they are running smoothly.
