Destination and California Elopement Packages

For couples who'd rather spend their wedding day wandering places that fill their soul

I see you daydreaming of saying “I do” in the most stunning places you’ve ever seen.

There you are surrounded by towering redwoods, or dancing by the ocean, or watching the sunset after your ceremony, whatever it is, and spending every second of the day with each other in nature.

And you know every detail is filled with special meaning, and the day flows exactly the way you want.

You find it joyful, serene, and deeply connecting, leaving you closer than ever and empowered in your love.

That’s a feeling you’ll carry with you forever.

So when you start planning your day, you’ll want to have someone who understands that and also:

HELPS YOU PLAN

You don’t have to plan everything alone. I’m here to help. You deserve to work with someone who provides personalized elopement planning help to shape your vision, build a realistic timeline, and find local vendors to work with.

KNOWS THE AREA INSIDE AND OUT

Understanding the area and knowing the best spots for your ceremony and your photos matter a lot. You’ll feel more confident with someone who knows what to look for when scouting locations. I'll go a step further and provide useful tips and guides to locations you’ve likely only seen in pictures.

HAS YOUR BACK, ALWAYS

You’re eloping, that’s bold. You deserve all the support you can get. From the moment we connect, I’m in your corner. I’ll always listen and back you up on your ideas and share down-to-earth suggestions and answers to all your questions!

GOES BEYOND THE LENS

Taking photos is great but have you ever just been taken care of and celebrated before and after too? This day is more than just signing papers so aside from delivering a stunning online gallery, I’m here to help you with the logistics before and after your elopement. That means I help with permits, officiating, and even prints and albums.

I’m Sara, your elopement package curator!

Getting married is surreal.

It’s the day two amazing people choose to become one team, and I truly believe it deserves to feel beyond a fleeting moment.

That’s why your elopement package should offer an experience that’s more than enough for the story you want to share, and set in nature where you can take your time and let your souls feel at home.

I’m so grateful our paths have crossed because this means we value the same things: intentionality, time spent in nature, and celebrating love in a way that embraces the life you’ve been building together.

E & M eloped in Malibu and this is what they shared about their experience:

We chose to have an elopement instead of a wedding so we could spend the day doing EXACTLY what we wanted.

We are very minimalist people who love to keep things intimate and simple. In our first consultation with Sara, I immediately knew we HAD to work with her!

Personally, I get overwhelmed with planning things and even when planning an elopement there is SO much that needs to be done. Sara broke down the process in bite sized pieces and provided resources, guides and worksheets to make the planning not only pain free but also really fun.

My fiancé and I would sit on the couch with our morning coffee and work through these guides and before we knew it, we had planned our entire elopement, and had fun doing it!

We had an idea of what we wanted our special day to look like, but Sara really helped make it very us.”

When your version of a wedding day means prioritizing moments like these…

  • Getting partially or fully ready together, because spending quality time matters more than tradition (Who says you can’t see each other before the ceremony?)

  • Choosing to do a first look, knowing that seeing each other in wedding attire for the first time becomes a core memory they’ll carry forever.

  • Taking an unplanned stroll along the ocean waves before exchanging vows, so the day feels like an down-to-earth experience, not a performance.

  • Speaking from the heart in a quiet place, just the two of you, in your favorite National Park. Because your promises are personal.

  • Sharing a first dance with a breathtaking backdrop and no crowd, honoring moments that are meant to stay between you.

  • Celebrating with only your closest family and friends, because intimacy doesn’t mean less. It means more of what truly matters.

…Then you know this is exactly where you’re meant to be.

With each elopement, there is a story worth sharing and preserving.

Working with me isn’t just about getting photos.

It’s about simplifying the planning process, guiding you through the logistics, and protecting the meaning of your day. That’s why my elopement packages include:

  • Thoughtful photography

From the anticipation of getting ready to the emotional sharing of your vows and the celebration that follows, I’ll be there to photograph the big moments as well as the subtle, in-between ones that make the day yours.

  • Guidance you can lean on

Planning calls, a detailed elopement guide, and timeline support give you the confidence to move through the planning process with ease. You’ll always have someone looking out for you.

  • Location + logistics covered

Whether you already have a place that’s special to you or you’re dreaming of options, I’ll share ideas, permit information, and travel tips to help everything come together smoothly.

Multi-Day or Split Elopement Adventure

Up to 12 hours | Starting at $6400

Most couples choose one perfect moment. A rare few choose the whole adventure.

This is for the two of you who want to live inside your elopement, not just photograph it. The ones who want a slow morning getting ready together, a first look that nobody rushes, a ceremony in a place that took some effort to reach, linger in nature for adventure photos that turn into a real hike, a romantic dinner as the sky changes color, and still have time left over for a morning-after moment that’s just yours.

Whether it’s two days, or one extraordinary day split in sections, this adventure package shapes itself around your vision freely.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Deep planning support from the moment we start working together, including help with permits, timelines, vendor recommendations, and additional details

  • Two photographers so nothing goes undocumented and every angle of every moment has a witness

  • Officiant services if you’d like me to lead your ceremony

  • A discount on a printed album because this day deserves to live somewhere you can hold it

Full Day Elopement

Up to 8 hours | Starting at $5200

For most couples, eight hours is exactly enough and this package is designed to make every one of them count!

You’ll have time to get ready without watching the clock, share a first look somewhere that means something to you, exchange your private vows, explore a stunning location together, and still have space to rest and actually enjoy it all.

Whether your day runs start to finish or you split the coverage across two windows of time, nothing gets skipped and nothing gets rushed. The goal is to get the full story of the day you spend together beautifully documented.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Full planning support and vendor recommendations so your day flows without you having to manage it

  • Officiant services if you’d like me there for the ceremony too

  • The flexibility to add one extra hour if the day naturally calls for it

Sunrise or Sunset Elopement

Up to 5 hours | Starting at $4800

If you already know exactly which light you want, this is built around it.

Whether it’s the quiet and serene hush of early morning in the mountains or that last warm hour along the coast, five hours gives you everything you actually need. You’ll get photo coverage during getting ready, an intentional first look, your ceremony, and portraits taken exactly when the light is doing its best work.

We’ll keep it timely planned so there’s no rushing through the good parts.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Personalized planning and vendor support so the logistics are seamless before you even arrive

  • The option to add an extra hour of coverage, or bring me in as your officiant — fully or just for part of the ceremony

City Hall Elopement

Up to 2.5 hours | Starting at $2400

Sometimes the most meaningful thing you can do is just show up and make it official.

This package is built for the couple who wants their elopement to feel real and unhurried — a courthouse ceremony, a quiet moment nearby to exchange your own words, and a walk through the city that’s now the backdrop to one of the best days of your life. Three hours, no noise, nothing you don’t need.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • Planning guidance so you know exactly what to bring, where to go, and how to make every minute feel like it matters

  • Available for dates booked within 3 months so this is ideal for couples who are ready and don’t want to wait another day to marry their best friend
